Primary Ethics is the approved provider of Special Education in Ethics (SEE) in NSW public primary schools. There are 500 schools participating in the program. Two of these are in New England: Armidale City Public School and Kellys Plains Public School. We’d like to introduce Primary Ethics to more schools in the New England and North West regions in 2019 and 2020.
Primary Ethics classes provide students from K – 6 with the opportunity to learn skills in critical thinking, respectful discussion and the capacity to make well-reasoned decisions rather than those based on peer pressure or habit.
Primary Ethics New England Information session
Please join us at Armidale Library (182 Rusden St Armidale) from 5pm to 6pm on Monday 10 December for an information session about the program aimed at families and interested community members.

Guests are encouraged to arrive from 5.00pm, with a short presentation beginning at 5.15pm which will cover:
- What skills are children taught in ethics classes?
- What topics are in the curriculum?
- How do we start the program at my child’s school?

The presentation will be followed by a Q & A session. The evening will conclude at 6pm.
