Volunteer as an Ethics Teacher

Volunteer to teach ethics and you’ll be helping children develop important skills for life.

You’ll be rewarded with a unique personal development opportunity while supporting children to listen carefully and empathetically, disagree respectfully, build on each other’s ideas and use evidence and reasoning to make decisions rather than acting out of habit or peer pressure.

If you have an interest in learning and are available to run a short class at a set time each week, then ethics teaching may well be the volunteer opportunity for you. We look forward to welcoming you to our team of thousands of volunteers delivering ethics education in local primary schools across NSW.

Volunteer as an Ethics Coordinator

Ethics coordinators become a vital part of the school community, liaising with school staff, parents and volunteer ethics teachers to coordinate ethics classes at their local school. Enjoy personal and professional development as you enable children in your local community to access ethics education.

This role will suit you if you have good organisational and administrative skills, are a confident computer user and enjoy meeting new people and inspiring others to volunteer. You don’t have to be an ethics teacher in order to be an ethics coordinator.
