Recruitment toolkit - Primary Ethics

Here’s a basic recruitment toolkit to help in getting new volunteers. Many of these are editable by you to personalise with your school’s name and your contact details.

Why choose ethics for your child? written for kindergarten parents. Contact the Helpdesk to have print copies sent to you. Or print from this version.

Tell parents about our monthly webinars, all about ethics. Use this for school newsletters and websites about ethics and the info webinars. Here it is in pdf format.

You can edit a range of promotional squares in Canva, filling them with your school’s details. Please follow the instructions carefully, especially if you haven’t used Canva before. If you have any problems, contact us on communications at primaryethics.com.au for assistance.

What to do:

Click here which will take you to see all the designs. Scroll down and choose the one (or ones) you want to personalise.
Important! Click the + sign sitting on top of the image, it will duplicate one for you to use
Edit the duplicate, putting in your school name, day and time of lessons and contact details
Go to Share, top right, and then choose Download as a png or jpg, select the page number of your design and download
It’s best to download each image separately, if you’ve done more than one
When you are finished downloading, please delete the one you made, leaving the original for the next person
If you accidentally delete something, there’s an undo icon in the blue menu bar at top left.

Download one, some or all of this recruitment video series. There are six in total, each is only around a minute long – Anuya, Sandra, Oliver, Peter, Emma and Feyza. Ideal for social media, Instagram or Facebook or even uploaded to a school newsletter. Choose the ones that work best for your target community.

Powerpoint 6-page slide deck for talks to school groups (eg. P+C), community organisations (eg. Rotary clubs) etc. Fill in your own details on last slide.
Advertise our information webinars in your school newsletter or website with this.
QR codes to print out and display on stalls (Volunteering, Curriculum, info sessions – right click to ‘save as’):

Do something life-changing! – a small one-page volunteering flyer that can go out with orientation materials
For school newsletters – use the AI topic to attract more students and more volunteers – edit this with your own school’s details.

Below is a range of social media graphics for you to share on school or community social media. To download, simply right click one and select ‘save image as…’ (‘save link as..’ on Chrome), or open an image by clicking on it, then right click on it and hold down the click, you should then get a menu of options, one being to ‘save image as…’
